We use a completely original and modern approach to create our cat designs like 3D paint them free hand in the air. In the other art media we offer, for instance watercolour, acrylic and digital art, we mix the traditional well known art techniques with our custom style 3D printed or painted addition to them! 

At the same time trendy and modern and with high aesthetic and artistic value, they are the best match for a cat lover gift!  

How do I place an order? 

Ordering from Little Cat’s Art store is easy and secure. First choose the preferred product, then click add to basket button, view basket, calculate shipping and proceed to checkout. After that, apply your payment info, review the cart content and confirm the order. 

How do I place an order with a discount coupon? 

Add to basket the preferred item, view basket and write the coupon name in the box next to the Apply coupon button. Then you can process your purchase to checkout. 

Will you ship to my country? What is your shipping method? 

Great news! We ship Internationally. 

  • How are purchases shipped within the UK?

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping within the UK. When we are in the UK, both UK and international purchases will be sent using Royal Mail.

  • What are the shipping charges for international orders?

For international orders, we have a fixed shipping price of £9. We utilize International Tracked & Signed Royal Mail delivery for shipping within Europe. This ensures secure and reliable delivery of your items.

  • How much does worldwide shipping cost?

For worldwide shipping, we maintain a fixed price of £14. This option also includes International Tracked & Signed Royal Mail delivery, guaranteeing the safe arrival of your items, regardless of your location.

  • What if we are outside the UK but within a European Union country?

If we are outside the UK but in a European Union country, we utilize the domestic post office services of that specific country. Shipping costs remain fixed at £9 for both UK and Europe.

  • Is there a fixed shipping cost for worldwide orders from outside the UK and European Union?

Yes, even for orders outside the UK and European Union, we offer a fixed worldwide shipping price of £14. This ensures that your items will be delivered securely, regardless of your global location.

When ordering goods from Little Cat’s Art store for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

When will my order be shipped and how long does it take to arrive? 

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. 

For UK delivery, please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive.  

Certain parts of the UK are serviced once or twice per week. 

For international delivery we use Tracked & Signed Royal Mail delivery.  

For Europe delivery, please allow 7 – 10 working days. 

From outside Europe, please allow 10 – 14 working days.

Do I have an option to receive my product wrapped as a gift? 

All of our products come with a custom designed gift wrap as well as a cardboard and bubble wrap on top for extra protection from damage. 

The product will arrive in a gift wrap at no extra cost regardless if you bought it as a gift or for yourself. 

Do we accept custom order requests?

Yes, we totally do!

It’s pretty clear that we love cats but we also love looking after our customers so if you have a custom order idea for your own pet, please send us clear photos of your kitty or tell us more about their breed and behaviours, and we can paint or sculpt them in our unique style.

Please be aware that custom orders take from 5 to 15 days to be completed.

Can I return my product? 

Our return policy is very simple: 

If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on littlecatsart.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives undamaged, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.  

To be eligible for a return: 

– your item must be in the same condition that you received it 

– your item must NOT be damaged 

– your item must NOT be a custom request order 

Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

To request a return, please email [email protected] and include the following information:  

– details about the purchase: the title of the item; the date of purchase; the purchase price 

– explain the reason for requesting a return 

If your return request is approved:  

– repack your order using the original packaging 

– make sure the item(s) are securely packaged, you are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging 

–  post the item within 14 days of the date of order 

–  you are obliged to send us a proof of dispatching 

Refunds: 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days after we receive the item back. 

The customer is liable for any damages on the returned products and the refund amount will be reduced by up to 50% of the total item price. 

Late or missing refunds: 

If you haven’t received your refund, please allow a few days for international transfers to clear. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged? 

We focus on the secure packing and doing our best to prevent shipping damage. We trust a reliable service as Royal Mail.  

But unfortunately there’s still a chance for something unexpected to happens with the parcel and we really apologise our customers for that.   

In case your product arrived damaged or broken: 

– contact us via [email protected] for the refund request 

– please include a photo of the damage at the time of opening the parcel  

– If the product is damaged upon arrival, request a refund within 2 days to avoid rejecting your claim 

When you return the item(s): 

– repack your order using the original packaging 

– make sure the item(s) are securely packaged, you are responsible for any new damage due to improper packaging 

–  post the item within 14 days of the date of order
